Ingredients:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (the leaner the better)
  • 1/2 onion (, diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (, minced)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 15 oz can green beans (, drained)
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

  • 1 can Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3 1/2 cups frozen vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups frozen Tater Tots
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instruction:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is fully browned. Break up the meat as it cooks. Drain off excess liquid.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the beef mixture with Campbell’s Soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, frozen mixed vegetables, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  3. Grease a 12×8-inch shallow baking dish with oil. Pour the beef mixture into the dish, and top with an even layer of tater tots.
