Ingredients:

  • butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick® mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instruction:

  1. Butter a skillet or griddle. Heat over medium-high heat or electric griddle to 375°F. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
  2. Stir together Bisquick. milk, and eggs. Don’t over mix, there should be lumps in the batter.
  3. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot skillet. Leave room between pancakes for spreading.
  4. Cook until edges are dry and there are bubbles coming through the top and the bottom is nicely golden. Turn; cook until golden.
  5. Turn the pancakes and cook for 1-2 minutes more until the other side is nicely golden.
